This CAN work for heavier soundbars

As an earlier reviewer mentioned, this mount on its own relies on a friction fit. A heavier soundbar (e.g. Samsung Q900) will slowly drop to the lowest possible setting. I solved this with a couple of drill bit stop collars, and now the unit works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Soundbar Mount

Install took about 30 mins as I had a preexisting TV mount installed so had to take the TV off that first and overlay this behind. Good news everything was included and the adjustable nature of the mount allowed for my soundbar to sit tight up against the underside of the TV to provide a great look.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Decent for smaller sound bars

I mounted this sound bar to a Sanus television mount with my Sony HTA7000 on it. The mount is rated for 9.07kg (20lbs) and the HTA7000 weighs 8.7kg (19lbs). It will not hold my sound bar stationary and continues to slide to the bottom of its adjustment. Very disappointed with the product

Perfect addition to the total package

This bracker is exactly what I needed to complete my tv ser up . Very simple but clean and easy to install. Defenetly recommend to anyone wanting to add a sound bar to their TV.
