Hello! We apologize that you are experiencing an issue with the outer rubber portion of the case becoming loose. The Defender Series is compatible with wireless charging, but is not Mag Safe in the sense of having magnets in the case, so it will not adhere or "snap" to MagSafe chargers. We have a great warranty, and we would be more than happy to get you a new case via warranty replacement to alleviate the issue you are experiencing with the outer rubber portion of your case.
