Doesn’t work with MagSafe!

Nice rugged case and I love the Realtree Camo print on it. My beef with this product is it doesn’t work with a MagSafe charger even though it states it is compatible with MagSafe. Disappointing!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello! We are so glad you are enjoying your case and the Realtree design! We also apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. The Defender and Defender Pro Series case are compatible with wireless charging, but do not contain magnets in the case. Therefore, they will not adhere or "snap" to MagSafe charging stands and accessories. Should one be looking for a case with the rugged protection of the Defender, but also with MagSafe (magnets in the case) the Defender XT is an excellent option to consider! Our engineers redesigned our Defender Series in order to provide the same drop protection even without the built-in screen protector. The addition of one of our amazing screen protection options provides your phone with premium protection and outperforms our previous Defender Series designs.
