Handle breaks!!!

Had refrigerator 1 year, and handle has broken 3 times. Trying to find solution from company, but not getting anywhere other than keep getting new handles. Company has been good about replacing handles, but seems unwilling to find better solution. At this point, handles only last about 3 months. The handle design is the problem,as it has broken in same place each time. Have asked multiple people at whirlpool and everyone keeps saying they can't help. Letter into customer service at this time and waiting to see if they fix situation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used it less than three months and the fan motor went out. I lost about a 100.00 worth of food no one would replace it we are on a fixed income. It took them a few weeks to get parts in and now it freezes everything in the refrigerator as well as the freezer

This refrigerator came in my brand new manufactured home. I did not chose it. I don't know if I had had a choice if I would have selected this particular model. It's OK as far as refrigerators with the freezer on top go. Seeing as how it does not automatically come with an icemaker, I would've expected a couple of ice cube trays to be included. They were not.

Simple and Efficient

It's smaller than I had hoped for and unfortunately the builder did not opt for the icemaker (would have been nice). I like the door compartments where there are multiple heights and the egg carton holder is foldable. It will suffice for my small family.

30-Inch Wide Top Freezer Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features: large freezer, I never run out of room to store frozen pizzas, premade meals, and ice cream. The fridge, has movable shelving, can store any length, width, or heights you want. The door has a shelf that flips up to put a tall milk or juice container in. Two large crisper draws, I store my sandwich meat and cheese in one and store my veggies in the other.

Exactly what I wanted and needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is the right size for my household of two people. I rather like the wire shelves instead of glass ones (I bought a 'mat' for one of the shelves so small items wouldn't go all wobbly). It is SO quiet. Actually this replaced a much larger Whirlpool fridge which had come with the condo - it constantly leaked from condensation because it was half empty all time. So word to the wise - choose the right size fridge for your needs. Bigger isn't always better! But Whirlpool is great.
