[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A crisper drawer was bad. Called for two days. Could not get a live person! Chat help wasn't much help. In order to replace drawer i need to send a copy of my receipt and send it to the email address. I don't have access to a computer right now and asked for an address to mail the receipt and was told I can't do it by mail.How do I get the drawers?? The phone recording was a ZERO. Before I could say my phone number was told try again.SECOND TIME I was disconnected. Called 3 times each day for three days. Same results. Live person would have solved this minor problem in minutes. THREE DAYS. and I don't know how I'm going to get the crispers.VERY AGGRAVATING

Okay basic refrigerator, but too long to deliver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this basic model refrigerator on Feb 19, 2024 to replace the 40 yr old basement Kenmore that finally stopped working. We were told since it was white it wouldn't be delivered until April, but wasn't delivered and installed until June 28. Needless to say, we haven't been happy with the delays in manufacturing at Whirlpool/Maytag!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
