Ideal no-frills refrigerator for small household

With one daughter living on her own and another going back to school, our household was shrinking to where we no longer needed our two older refrigerators. We found a good replacement with this model: the shelves are not as rigid as I would like but they are easy to rearrange. The shelf barriers are a good sturdy design. The door seals well and the temperature gauge is easy to reach. We find that we waste less food due to the appropriate size of this model. It's a very reliable product. My son certainly thinks so.

Great fit for a garage refrigerator. I was told by a repairman to only buy a whirlpool as other brands do not last.

Large Storage Area

We bought our Whirlpool as a 'second' storage refrigerator. We keep this outside in a storage shed and use it for bottles of water, soda, ice tea, beer, etc., and for large items to be stored until we used them, ex. watermelon for picnic, desserts for parties, party trays after they are made up. It is great for this because the shelves are adjustable and it is easy to clean.

I love that it's quiet!!! It cooled quickly after being plugged in. My vegetables are staying fresh longer in the duel crispers.
