Odd noises?

Don't bother trying to reverse the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When attempting to change the direction the door opens, two of the three plugs in the top of the unit broke off. We also discovered that the hinge holes on the left side had never been drilled out, so we're stuck with a door that opens in the wrong direction. The fridge works fine, but the reversable door feature failed miserably. During an online chat with a representative to get replacement plugs, I was transferred to another rep, who never responded.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
