Great Evie Doll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Evie doll is great for any child who loves the Descendants movie. She is lifelike and my kids love her outfit. We also got the Mal doll so they can pretend play using both dolls. I would recommend this doll.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disney's descendants Evie doll is perfect! Couldn't have made it any better from ten years ago. She's bendable, poseable, and comes with accessories. You can brush her hair and add her accessories such as her shoes, belt and jewelry. I highly recommend getting her. She's perfect for any descendants fans new and old.

She comes with a mirror accessory that pairs perfectly with any play-style. She also sits and moves her arms and legs to position the doll in multiple scenes. Amazing quality and attention to detail was what caught my daughter’s eye. Great Evie!

Stunning Articulated Doll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll is stunning! I can see why my granddaughter prefers the Descendants & Monster High dolls over Barbie. She's only six but I think even this young a child can recognize quality. These doll lines are just so much more vibrant & eye-catching than most Barbie dolls, with more detailed clothing & accessories. The Barbie Dream Besties is the only standout that even compares.
This doll is called Evie & is the daughter of the Evil Queen. I love the theme of these dolls! It really enhances play when a doll has a backstory, especially for me when I'm called on to play dolls with my granddaughter. I lack her imagination so having a starting point enables me to be a better playmate for her.
Evie bears a slightly evil smirk on her lovely face & the vibrant blue eyeshadow & eyelashes enhance her golden brown eyes. She comes dressed in a faux leather jacket with a fake zipper enclosure on the front with the standard Velcro in the back. Her red heart with a crown necklace highlights her relationship to her Evil Queen mother. The rest of her outfit has printed on details & comes in separate pieces to make it easier to swap & share fashions. Her black boots are pretty cool with painted blue laces that makes them standout. Separate fashion & shoe packs for each line of dolls would greatly increase their play value, especially for themed dolls like the descendants. I believe having the ability to maintain the doll's character through themed fashions & playsets can hold a child's interest in them for far longer.
Evie's long, soft black hair is interwoven with blue strands & my granddaughter now wants blue hair, lol. The doll is articulated at the knees, elbows & wrists for increased posability. Her accessories are minimal, limited to her necklace, fingerless gloves, & a mirror that she can hold. The mirror is essential to her character but is kind of plain & boring. My granddaughter said a face on it would have been more fun & I agree. An animated face on the flip side of the mirror would have been a fun surprise.
Evie is attractive & different than many dolls out there so she is a refreshing & fun addition to my granddaughters collection.

The quality material and design is awesome, even the package presentation looks amazing. My daughter loves her character. Her outfit is spot on because she is a talented designer with making her own clothes. Evie also has pretty long blue hair. Furthermore, she is the evil queen's daughter, trying to be better than anyone else by using her beauty to find her prince. Evie comes with her broken mirror, like in the movie, which she uses to cheat in school, but she stops because she realizes it’s bad, causing her to have trouble. The doll is beautiful and her outfit and accessories are removable and kids are more entertained while playing. My daughter plays with her everyday and can’t wait to get more dolls like this from other movies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very pretty doll but the leg joints are very tight and hard to get her to sit. My daughter loved the mirror that come with her. Said it was just like the movie. It has nice thick hair. My daughter loves her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this doll is BEAUTIFUL! My daughters (ages 5 and 8) love playing with her. They both love how much they can pose her in different scene because all of her joint move nicely. She comes come with a mirror that she can hold, and compliments the other dolls from this collection nicely!
