Freezer drawers come loose because they are smaller than the guild rails that hold them. The plastic handles for the freezer drawers constantly fall off.

Brought this from Home Depot - within a year problems with plastic chipping off of there vegetable compartment, thermostat seems unreliable as ay timers food freezes in the refrigerator in spite of efforts tho turn there temperature down

Water dispenser filter

Why would this model have a water and ice dispenser without a filter? I might as well drink water from the kitchen sink

This product is not reliable and has resulted in the loss of frozen food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has failed us on several occasions wherein it was not freezing and the dispenser motor had to be replaced on three seperate occassions.

A great choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refriderator for 8 years now and am very please with the quality. To date the only thing that has needed fixed was to replace the circit board on the back. It failed a couple days before the waranty expired a and GE sent us a new one. We have had a couple times where the water line froze in the door, so we had to empty everything and let it thaw out. Otherwise, there has been no problem with frost built up in the freezer, the water despenser is large and accomidates many sizes of cups, and the stainless front stays clean for long periods.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect fit!

This is the only stainless steel side by side with water/ice that fits into a 32" wide opening. Everything works perfectly. The only improvement I would suggest is adding a filter, but I can just get an inline filter myself and work around the issue.

Great new look

I bought this a month ago and it has exceeded all my expectations. The look of the stainless is far better than any other in the market;now can I say that, it has a depth of perception that really impresses everyone. The ice-maker is terrific. The storage is endless, and the shelves are ease to rearrange.
I would recommend this to a friend!
