[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has great features including AI being very helpful. The camera system is most excellent. My reason for a 4 star rating vs 5 is the numerous updates that change location of things settings and other nuances without my permission. It's like you need to learn how to operate your phone again after some updates. Not acceptable.

The ai features specifically allow me to look up things with ease and also allow me to draw cool pictures with my stylus! 100/10 cant wait to upgrade to a newer one!

I us this machine for work applications such as meetings and collaboration with my colleagues and when I'm just relaxing I enjoying a few games, taking awesome photos of my grandkids. I'm amazed at all the things this machine can do and all the amazing AI features included. I anticipate every update to see what new things this amazing phone can do.

Perfect for Work, School, and Everyday Life

I use my phone constantly throughout the day for work in healthcare, school related tasks, staying organized, streaming videos, photography, social media, and keeping in touch with family and friends, and this phone handles everything smoothly without slowing down.
The battery life has honestly been one of my favorite features because it easily keeps up with long busy days. The screen quality is beautiful and makes everything look super crisp and clear whether I’m watching videos, reading, editing photos, or studying notes. The camera quality is also amazing and captures really detailed photos even in lower lighting.
I also really enjoy how smooth and responsive the phone feels overall. Multitasking is easy, apps open quickly, and the customization options make it feel a lot more personal and fun to use. Galaxy AI has actually been more useful than I expected too and has helped make everyday tasks quicker and more convenient.
Overall, this phone feels powerful, reliable, and worth the upgrade. It fits really well into my daily routine and has definitely exceeded my expectations.

I was in a bind and was able to use my phone connecting to a Damsung Smart TV to run a PowerPoint program to deliver my program. My phone connects to my laptop at home easily allowing me access to files. Using Genesis in my vehicle makes hand free operations of maps and apps super easy.

The phone sucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It drains battery like crazy always have to charge and the apps dont work accordingly on this phone and to type it keeps pressing the wrong buttons. The camera sucks and basically there are so much things on this phone it makes it hard to get things done and doesn't make it fun. It also gets super hot when idle and in my pocket even when charging.
