Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every year, my husband and I trade up to the latest model, and we've always been satisfied—until now. I can't believe Samsung removed the Bluetooth functionality from the S Pen, one of the most incredible features of the phone. Without it, I feel like I own an ordinary phone that relies on a timer just to take pictures (and yes, I know I still can use my watch to trigger up the camera, but it's just not the same). If I had known this before, I wouldn’t have traded my S24 Ultra. This is a huge step backward for a premium device.

This phone has great features added

Great upgrade over my previous S23U

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the tittle states I'm upgrading from an S23 Ultra thanks to the trade in deals and the extra perks. I love the new Now brief feature which is on my homepage all the time, the new AI features are great too specifically the Call assistant which helps with Spam calls.
I've been gaming some COD mobile and Where's my water which is very light, the device barely heated up after an hour of gaming. I also upgraded my husband to this device and he loves it.

Perfect Upgrade from S22 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially going to wait for the S26 Ultra, thinking that my S22 Ultra could last that long. But it's battery capacity was diminished and the phone was getting to slow for my needs. Upgradd to the S25 Ultra because of the impressive pre-order deals, and went with a Titanium Jadegreen 1TB model. Love that I have so much more space now. And the rounded corners + flat screen make the S25U much more comfortable to hold.
Samsung & Google are trying hard with these new AI features but, to be quite honest, I couldn't care about them less. The only one I've started using more is Google's Circle to Search. Samsung's new lock screen Now Bar is multifunctional & expandable, and I like that it's at the bottom of the screen. The Now Brief is thoughtful in conception, but needs improvement. Specifically, I cannot diversify the news sources that feed Now Brief so, often times, the single headline shown will be irrelevant to me. I'd love for them to push an update to fix this.
The battery life is a significant improvement over the S22 Ultra, and I think the processor is responsible for the energy savings. The only problem is that my phone does not charge at 45W, even with a 45W/5A Samsung charger. It caps itself at 25W (according to AccuBattery), but Samsung is aware of this issue and plans to push a fix. One other thing - I love the speakers on this thing. Very impressive bass and clarity for a phone.
This is a fantastic phone overall. Hoping to keep it for many years.
