[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I got this phone I had a galaxy s10. This s25 ultra is a big upgrade compared to the other phone I got this one with 1 terabytes of space, I like the pen that come with it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't usually leave reviews, but I have genuinely had a great time with this phone. I've had it roughly a year now, and it hasn't let me down yet. I am constantly using the Galaxy AI feature in addition to my camera App to identify plants. Just open your camera, look at the object, then hold the center button down and it temporarily captures your screen and you can image search what's on there. One of the most useful additions to my life at the moment. The only thing missing for me is a case that also can fit the little camera protectors that you can get. Most have a little door and that's great, but i would like them to be safe at all times.

In fact I like it so much I'm going to hold off on the upgrade until they make a significant improvement over this model. My Ultra paired with Galaxy AI and my Watch 8 Classic, can't be beat in my opinion. This phone is lightning fast. Has storage for days. I am a loyal to a fault Samsung user. I love all of their products but this phone is my favorite so far. THANKS SAMSUNG!

Phone is Heating up while using

I bought S25 ultra 1TB for my wife, and unfortunately, she didn't like it.
The main issue she's having is that the phone is heating up while using.
Samsung also changed some features like you can't capture photos with your S pen button, etc.
I had high expectations from the phone.
Unfortunately it's not meeting my expectations.
