This S25 Ultra is A STRONG UPGRADE FROM my FLIP 4. The FLIP 4 was a great phone and served me well. This S25 Ultra is on a different level. There speed is impressive, the photo quality and capability is very impressive, the S Pen is more useful than i thought it would be. I usually don't get too pumped up over phones but I can say that this is a very significant upgrade and I'm very happy with it. The journey is just beginning.

Great flagship phone

This phone is easy to use and responsive. The 5G service on VZW is not worth keeping the 5G on all the time, so I have it set to 4G only. This really improves battery life. Bluetooth pairing is bit quirky especially with older devices. Already received a few updates so the security seems to be current.

Easy to lose pencil

The pencil on this equipment is easily lost, you have to be very careful, it loosens and comes out easily and I lost two pencils.

It's a solid all round flagship

One year into ownership of this phone and overall, I like it. It was a good upgrade coming from an S22 Ultra. Battery life lasts a day and a half without a struggle. My only gripe are the physical edges of the phone not being rounded off enough compared to my previous Samsung phones (S22Ultra, Note 10 Plus, S8Edge.)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disapointingly painful transition from S24U

Received 2 days ago and still have not completed the transition. Data transfer took about 30 minutes and missed many things. It seems none of the app passwords transferred so every app must be initialized with new password resets. Apps that I have not had to login to for years needed to be virtually reinstalled and configured from ground zero. Most frustrating is the samsung app. Password errors continuously. Password reset does not work and hav to be redone countless times.Login works on my PC but not on the phone. VERY frustrating!! Lastpass does not work like on the S24U meaning virtually all passwords needed to be sourced externally and entered manually. I am done buying new phones!

Love it but.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the new AI features and the size. I had the galaxy s24 and it was to small for me. But the galaxy s25 ultra seem just right i love how fast everything works and moves the screen looks so clear my only problem is that the S pen is no longer Bluetooth. Was a little disappointed but it's one feature I can do without I guess. I hope in the future that a stand alone will be available to purchase. Other then that amazing phone.
