[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the S23 Ultra to the S25 Ultra, and man, I can really tell the difference. I’m very pleased with my decision. The S25 is much lighter, it's very fast, and it offers more than I need in a phone. I can even notice a difference in the camera—it's really nice. Of course, I’ve had some issues with the phone freezing up, but it hasn’t changed my opinion of it. I also really enjoy One UI 7 with the new look. It did take some time to adjust, but now it’s great to have an updated look, not only with the apps but even the layout. I love how the phone now has a flat screen. I could go on and on, but overall, this phone is really good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I like the extra power, speed and anti-reflective / glare screen (compared to my S23 Ultra), it remains to be seen if I can will keep it due to the reduced S-pen functionality. On average I take over 15,000 photos a year and most were taken using the S-pen shutter button on my S23 Ultra. Most of these could not have been taken with the phone shutter button or my watch due to how I use the phone on an extender.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After rocking the Galaxy Note 9 for years, I finally took the plunge and upgraded to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. It's been a journey. The Note 9 was a fantastic phone in its time, and I was honestly a little hesitant to switch. But the S25 Ultra? It's a whole different beast. The first thing that struck me was the display. Coming from the Note 9, the S25 Ultra's screen is just massive and so much more vibrant. The colors pop, and the detail is incredible. It makes everything from browsing the web to watching videos a truly immersive experience. Then there's the camera. Wow. The Note 9's camera was decent, but the S25 Ultra's system is on another level. The zoom capabilities are insane – I can get crisp, clear shots of things that were just blurry blobs before. I'm actually excited to take pictures again! Performance-wise, the S25 Ultra is lightning fast. Everything feels snappy and responsive. Apps load instantly, and even demanding games run smoothly. It's a huge leap from the Note 9, which was starting to show its age. Of course, the S Pen is still here, and it feels more precise and responsive, but definitely missing the Note 9 pen Bluetooth features. Battery life is a significant upgrade. I can easily get through a full day without needing to reach for a charger, which was a constant struggle with my aging Note 9. Overall the upgrades in the display, camera, performance, and battery life make it worth the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did a trade in of my S24 Ultra at pre order for the extra perks and discount. Phone feels premium and a little bigger compared to the S24 Ultra but no habit change. The S Pen feels lighter and the screen display is beautiful. Playing games such as Honkai Star Rail and Wuthering Waves had no issue with frame drops, overheat, and performance drop at 60FPS. If you have the S24 Ultra, I don't feel you need to upgrade at the beginning but with AI optimization becoming the norm on mobile devices, it should feel a huge upgrade if it was an S23 or lower.
