Fingerprint problem

If you are using a screen protector with your device, we do recommend enabling the touch sensitivity setting in your settings application under display, to help ensure your fingerprint scanner is reading as intended. We have provided a link to a troubleshooting guide to assist you with this frustration if it continues. We have also provided a link to the full device manual that will highlight the voice commands and hand gestures you can use with the camera of your device for control from a distance.
