Samsung has been by far the most reliable brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has been the most reliable and easiest to use brand to date for my family and I. Their AI system has dramatically helped with school work and business issues we have experienced. There is no guess work, having to restart, unplug, or none of those crazy steps when connecting devices to a network or to other Samsung devices. Samsung is my favorite brand and as a person who has an issue with perfection Samsung has by far kept their products as close to perfect is every way!

The phone out of box had loose camera ring which is spinning 360 degree. Now I have to go to service center to fix this issue. Didn't expected this on a new phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The way this pone is designed to for easy access to different options from the camera which is a huge plus, to the use of the IA system making it easier to access locations or edit photos, the translation services either to translate a document or phone call live is amazing, i would recommend this device 100% to anyone.
