Worst Samsung phone I've ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded last year from S8. I've always loved Samsung phones, but if this model is the new norm, it's gone downhill significantly. First of all Galaxy AI takes up so much of the memory that this was barely an upgrade at all in terms of storage. 2nd, after a year of use, I'm experiencing issues with the battery, OS freezing up, and even got a blue screen of death a few weeks ago which thankfully went away but worries me in terms of longevity. I'm not someone who wants to buy a new phone every year. I take care of my phones and expect to get at least 5 years of use out of them but I'm doubtful this will last that long. The only real upgrades are that the apps that were no longer working on S8 work on this one and the camera is pretty great... I do actually like the Galaxy AI photo enhancement. Just wish it wasn't eating so much memory.

Charging port needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy phone extensively for work and for photos. I really enjoy the phone, however the charging port is finicky. It often thinks it has dust or dirt inside causing charging issues. I have wireless chargers around just for emergencies. Such a sensitive part of the phone. I already had to replace one great phone for another for this reason.
Other than the charging port, I enjoy the photo quality and the options for making the photos look better. Im still new to the Galaxy AI, however it should come in handy over time.

The amazing phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product the Samsung 25+ is the best phone I've ever had. The Google Ai mode helps me with accessibility while browsing or generally using the device. While other phones could have better features (which I personally doubt) this phone has been the best fit for me in quite a while. I love this device and the performance is incredibly fast and doesn't get hot after extended use. It's a all-round ace of a phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with my S25+ given its speed, screen quality, organized interface, customizable user experience, and cool features. This phone is fast: the camera opens quickly when needed, and switching between apps is smooth. Among its cool features that I like is the "tap to wake" feature, which you can customize to either completely wake up the phone or simply quickly check the time. The interface is very well organized. For example, the lock screen is neatly organized so that you can view the time, check notifications, and control your media. The accessibility features are also well implemented, and changing the font to a larger one does negatively alter an apps' proportions, and only affects the text. Even after hours of use, the phone remains cool. The phone comes with Galaxy AI, and by simply holding down the home button, you can invoke this feature and circle anything on the screen to get more information. This phone is powerful, fast, organized, and full of features.
