Don’t hesitate buying this Dutch oven!

I used the Dutch oven last night for the first time to make jambalaya and was so glad I made the purchase. Next I will make something in the oven in it. The pot really gets hot so be careful when removing the lid and grabbing the handles. Highly recommend this Dutch oven.

I don't have room in my kitchen for a crock pot or pressure cooker. So Dutch oven is the best alternative. This DO seems well made and it cleaned up nicely after slow cooking brisket. It should fit a whole chicken so I don't have to defrost it.

This looks like a great pot, the ceramic finish is smooth and free of imperfections. It’s exactly what I wanted for pot roast and brisket . There’s only one major problem
