Cheap cushions. Little customer support

The foam in these cushions is not dense and is not dense at all. One cushion has deep divets on the top side. I contacted customer service and was told replacement cushions ate not available and offered a $35 credit. I took the credit because I really didn't have a choice. Your definitely getting what you pay for

Cushions faded after 2 months outside. Reached out SEVERAL times only to be told, we’re outside the window and they don’t offer replacement cushions. Maybe ALL your cushions for OUTDOOR furniture should be the same material and fade resistant like the sectionals. Very disappointing even at the price point. It should last more than 2 months

Assembly of these footstools is absolutely impossible! Necessary holes for screws are missing rendering it impossible to complete process. They are totally useless in the unfinished state. Allen wrench is not strong enough to tighten screws and nowhere in description did they mention difficult assembly.

I was so excited to see these come on the new arrivals list. Exactly what I’ve been hoping for. Very easy to assemble if you have a driver and a drillbit (takes an off a lot of elbow grease to use the Allen wrench!) they are perfect and the storage piece is a major added bonus because it’s a significant amount of room, plus you can actually slip the elastic over the lid top to hold the cushion in place.

Beautiful and Useful

Glad I took the chance on this set of storage cubes. They are well made and roomy. The cushion straps to the lid so it doesn't blow off. We use them to store towels and goggles for our pool. Great buy.

They were a a pain to put together. Cushions look cheap. Wish I wouldn’t have purchased them. They do hold our pool towels nicely though.
