Only meant for sitting sideways however. If you try to lay the other direction, it’s much like a cocoon

i bought it about 3 months ago ive been using it non stop inside outside at the beach its so comfortable and it has a lot of resistance my husband is 6 9 230 pnds and im 5 4 150 pounds and we go on together
