It was a breeze to assemble, can hold its weight, and is portable (as in repositioning to follow the shade). The carrying bag is good for storage once the rains start, but I would not use it for camping because the stand as a whole is pretty darn hefty

Quality product with heavy tube

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality product with heavy tube frame members and snap to lock assembly. We live in a windy area and twice now the wind has grabbed the hammock and stand and blown it off the deck. The frame was fully intact, although with a few paint scratches. The paint finish is not as good as anodized, and now it will probably start to rust.
