This stand is exactly what I was looking for. It is not too large so it still leaves plenty of room on the deck. It works great with my hanging chair. I am considering ordering another one to leave at the lake!

The stand looks great and

The stand looks great and is very sturdy. It was not as simple to assemble as the video showed. It definitely requires 2 people to assemble. The stand is stable and it holds my wicker egg chair great. I put felt pads on each of the feet of the stand to keep it from scratching the tile floor.

Whoever decided this could be assembled by one person needs to be fired. Like immediately. It was extremely difficult to put the base together. It is also very heavy.

The stand makes a little jerking motion when you swing - not very calming/smooth. It is as tight as can be, and still makes a little jerk.
