Nice hammock stand for limited space

I got this hammock stand a few months ago, and now I can enjoy sitting in my hammock out in the balcony after work. It is pretty sturdy and I like the fact that it has nearly 360 degree capability. I wish it has height adjustable option like the "Adjustable Hammock Chair Stand". I was debating between these two hammock stands and the reason I chose this one is because of the nearly 360 degree capability.
