When putting the set together,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When putting the set together, two of the screws wouldn't screw in all the way. I fortunate one was at the top of one chair that was very visable. Since it didn't screw it, it stick out looking terrible. She i brought this to the company's attention, they did not do avnything. I thought some small reimbursement was warrented.
