Missing Assembly Pieces

I received this a couple of weeks ago and just put it together today. There were no assembly instructions enclosed but I was able to download them from the item description on this site. However, some of the parts needed for assembly like zip ties and stakes to secure the pieces outside were not included. While it looks very nice after I fashioned my own way to assemble, I was very disappointed in having to scramble to figure it out, etc.; and what should have only taken me a half hour at the most, ended up taking much longer. It's not quite as big as I had hoped, but I think it will look very nice outside with my other decorations.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when this arrived but it exceeded my expectations. Easy to put together and looks super cute. I gave it four stars because there was a couple of tears but I didn’t contact the company. I would buy this again.

Received and assembled this set today. Overall hapoy with the product but there was a 1 in tear in the side of the sleigh. It is not 60 in tall as advertised. It measures 48 in.

This set appears to be well made and is very attractive. Assembly was easy on the reindeer, a bit more difficult on the sleigh in part because the illustrations weren't sure clear. It looks great on the yard and the ankchors seen solid. We've had some wind and it stayed out. Instructions say not to leave it in rain, which is absurd for outdoor decorations. So far the rain hasn't caused a problem. We are pleased and hope it lasts for many years. It arrived very quickly and was well packed.
