The birds are slower to accept this than we were. It looks good in our yard, and is a well designed product. The stakes provided are not adequate in sandy soil, so we partially buried the base for stability.

This is the second time I've purchased this bird bath. The first one was badly damaged in a hail storm. I liked it so much, I decided to get the same one. I still very much like it, but the new one came warped (I assume from heat). It's very obvious and all the water goes to one side. It makes an otherwise nice looking bird bath look cheap. However, the birds don't know any better and it does the job just fine. Overall it's a good bird bath. It's very light, but sits nice and sturdy in my yard once filled with water for the birdies. I could fill the middle with rocks or sand, but it hasn't been necessary. I really like how it doesn't look cheap (unless you ended up with a warped one like I did), it doesn't even look plastic, but it is. I also really like that it looks vintage.

Although I thought this birdbath was metal, it's being heavy plastic is, actually, a good thing. It won't rust or corrode. And the color should stay true. It is beautiful in my garden. Any product to attract birds is a plus to me ☺️
