This is a nice bird bath. It is light weight, so you should fill with gravel or sand as the directions suggest. The anchors do help it from blowing over, so use those, too! I have the bronze color and it looks great. Have seen several birds use it already; placed near a bird feeder. Definitely not an expensive, cast iron bath, but it works- and that was the whole point!

This bird bath has been a beautiful addition to our family's backyard this summer. We fill it with water daily and it works great with a solar water fountain placed inside. It has been a hit with the local wildlife; we get blue jays, sparrows, squirrels, and chipmunks visiting all the time to take a drink of water. The blue jays sometimes take baths! We highly recommend this bird bath to spruce up your garden and attract wildlife.

A great bird bath at a great price! Very attractive, looks like bronze or copper. Heavy duty resin. Takes less than 5 lbs. of sand to stabilize the base. Excellent value.
