Wreath not good for outdoor displays

Beautiful wreath, but do not buy unless it can be directly plugged into an outlet or use 3 D batteries. Wreath will not light up unless plugged into an outlet. Previous user said you may not use an extension chord or timer.

The box that it comes in states “Indoor Use only” although description does say indoor/outdoor.
