Overall serves the desired purpose as a docking station. However the set up was not easy, it was not plug and play. This is used with a brand new high spec. HP laptop but the wired ethernet did not work. I had to do a lot of searching of HP support to find a driver that I had to install on the laptop to make the ethernet work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After purchasing a new HP ZBook Fury 16 Laptop & Thunderbolt Dock 120W G4T for my business, I've encountered persistent problems with audio and visual compatibility.
This has caused substantial unproductive time over the past four weeks, Clients have been let down, resulting in significant financial losses, and there is still no resolution.
I acknowledge that electronic devices are occasionally faulty, but HP's failure to promptly address and resolve these issues is severely detrimental to my business.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
