[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Harry Potter Monopoly was a blast to play with the kids! It has the usual Monopoly rules but with an awesome Harry Potter twist. We loved getting the Owl Post or landing on Mr Filch. Exploring (not buying) new areas was really exciting. The playing pieces are gorgeous, Hedwig holding the Owl Post, and the shiney dots on the dice are all so fun to use. This is for sure a family favorite!

Even though some members of our family haven’t seen the movies, it’s easy for them to understand the game and it’s pieces. Perfect for family game night!

Harry Potter Monopoly!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Harry Potter themed Monopoly game is so magical! It is perfect for any Harry Potter fan! You choose a gold piece and a house card to start and instead of Monopoly money you have house points instead! All of the pieces are well made and are true to the books and movies. The board is full of different places from the land of Harry Potter. The rules and gameplay are slightly different than regular Monopoly and it is easy to adjust to. Both of my kids (6 and 17 years old) love this game! We all love Harry Potter so this is perfect for us! Great for family game night!

I love being able to choose what house I am sorted in at the beginning, and this isn’t as long as a normal game of monopoly.

Fun for game night

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m honestly so surprised that it’s taken this long to get an officially licensed Harry Potter monopoly. There are some details that I really like and some that I don’t. I love the packaging- the chests for holding the game pieces were a nice touch. You get two six sided dice, and the typical cards you need for game play. The gold player pieces were nicely crafted. The board itself it your typical monopoly board but with Hp spots. I don’t quite understand why the jail wasn’t named azkaban. I love how instead of playing with Monopoly money you are trying to earn house points. Game play was easy but I was playing with another adult. I can see how younger crowd could also enjoy playing this game. Will be fun to play with my other Harry Potter fan friends.
