We love our Verona fire pit. Instructions are excellent. I had question and was able to talk to a real person who took care of my question. ;In my experience it is now rare to get that level of support. I have 2 Fire Sense heaters that have been working flawlessly for 15 years.

We called Firesense with some questions before making our final choice and the customer service person was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful and called back quickly with the specific details we wanted. The fire pit arrived with all parts present and well boxed or packaged, a pleasant change from many products. Nuts, bolts, etc. were in a shrink-wrapped package with very clear labeling rather than all being combined in a loose bag. Instructions were clear and assembly was easy. The table itself is solid--definite quality. We are very satisfied.

Great looking fire pit!

My wife and I put the fire pit together without too many problems. The assembly directions were very good and the diagrams made it easy to follow. The extra nuts, bolts, washers and other parts was a bonus.
The only problem we had during assembly was the door to gain access to the propane tank and the controls. It did not fit well and close properly and was not meeting the latch leg squarely. It was not straight and it closed with great difficulty and it was out of plumb. I carefully bent the door a little and it fit better up top and at the bottom when latched.

Table top has a problem

The table top has one stud hole that will not allow a stud to go into it to connect the body of the table to it.

I bought this a couple a weeks ago and can’t say enough good things about it. My family, friends and neighbors love it. We had another and had only problems. Easy to assemble and enjoy.
