I've had the chefs knife in this set for about 5 years. I've been watching the sales and finally was able to get the whole set! I use a wooden block not the included one, I like wood better.
These knifes cut great, and hold and edge well. Use of steel regularly and they cut like razors.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used these knives for several months now, and use them almost every day. I thought of going for something a bit cheaper, but am glad I didn't. I have used JA Henkel's straight razors (some are rather old) for many years and did not even think about kitchen cutlery from them.
I would recommend this to a friend!
