This set has every knife a kitchen needs. The knives are made out of high quality German Steel and have a forged bolster. This means the knives will not rust or tarnish and are durable. I like that steak knives are included. Added bonus the knives are dishwasher safe.

Good mix of cutlery. Santoku, chefs knife and others host a pretty unique, comfortable grip. Forged blades will retain sharpness.

Best Assortment of Knives

I love that I found this set of knives because I wanted all my knives to match and I also wanted both a chef's knife and santoku knife because I tend to use those the most. I love that the knives are well balanced and the knife block is a beautiful black.

I love how this block has Asian and German style knives in it. The curved bolster gives it some added plus for a value line. I have been very impressed with this set and would highly recommend it.

I like the assortment in this set. it covers all the bases. they look rocket ship cool and incredibly sharp. Handles are so comfortable , fits in you hand like a glove.

This is a great set if you aren't sure if you want western or eastern style knives...you can have the best of both worlds...your traditional chef's knife and a hollow edged santoku! Crafted from German steel that is corrosion resistant and retains its sharpness and hardness.

This is a nice complete set with a knife for every purpose, including a santoku, which I love. Because they are forged from German steel, they have a nice weight, are sharp and will stay sharp longer than a stamped knife.
