[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are Sharp! the difference size 'chef' type knives in the set are perfect for different sized hands. The weight is good, the slicing of tomatoes is effortless and they do not get slippery with meat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks really good on my black pearl countertop. But the best is the cutting, these knives are really easy to handle/ love the grip. I have used each knife for cutting different items like vegetables, red meat, chicken, pork... all in different thickness... and the knives go through - almost like butter. We do sharpnen them about every other week, as we cook everyday. I do not put them in the dishwasher, although at times I found one of them in there, and still look great. Do not forget to use the knives on wooden block... or in your plate, of course. Happy with my purchse!
