Great chair

So far this chair is a great replacement for my old WFH chair. Installation was fairly simple other than the arm rests. I saw other reviews mention the difficulty and I spent more than half the total installation time on that. Other than that, chair is great and comfortable. Velvet is soft, not scratchy, or too thick.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Seat Depth unusable for taller people

I spent a lot of money to get a nice chair, after reading reviews I was excited about this one. Unfortunately, I am only 5'8" which is way under what this chair is usable for. My knees hang way off, it cuts off my circulation on my thighs. Very odd this isn't called out in other reviews, I would only get if you're a shorter or short leg person. I wanted to love this and love the fabric and vibe, but instead I put it together only to be sad and too lazy to disassemble to return. It's a lot of work and money to be unsatisfied, and i couldn't easily find seat depth in the metrics provided on the site. Disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Indigo Softside Chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my chair! So easy to put together. So comfortable! It looks beautiful in my home office. I need the arm rests so I can sit cross-legged. The indigo color is rich and elegant and the velvet is incredibly soft. I have a dog and I was worried about pet hair attracting to the velvet, but it’s no problem at all.

Love my new chair!

I work from home so I spend a considerable amount of time in the chair and it is comfortable. I was able to assemble the chair myself without a problem. I like that there are color choices so that my office chair can be comfortable and stylish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair is great. Pretty. Comfortable. The arms are so difficult to put on - I eventually gave up. They are in the closet until i can get help or decide to go without them. Other than that - relatively easy to put together. But I really wanted the arms! It’s why I selected this chair. It comes in a big box - maybe Company could consider affixing the arms to the base before shipping.

I’ve only had this chair for a couple about a week, so my opinion may change on the comfort after I’ve spent some more time in it. However, I will say the chair was fairly easy to put together (and this is coming from someone who ALWAYS needs help assembling furniture). The directions were very clear and easy to follow, and while a second person may have been helpful just to hold some parts together while screwing, I was able to do it alone in less than an hour. I am about 5’8” so I bought the tall cylinder based on reviews that this chair sits low and am glad I did, it’s the perfect height. I will say I wish the chair was a little deeper- it is nice and wide but the back is so stiffly straight, it almost feels like it pushes me forward a bit and my legs end up hanging over the edge more than they probably should. When you try to recline the chair, it tilts the seat back as well (you can’t just recline the back rest) so that’s a little annoying. The vegan leather material feels like it will hold up well over time and be easy to clean if needed. Overall, it feels like a sturdy, quality piece of furniture that is definitely an upgrade from the incredibly uncomfortable chair I was using prior.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After doing tons of research on lots of office chairs I purchased the Branch soft side chair. It is comfortable, supportive and good looking. As a bonus I found the assembly directions easy to understand and follow.
