Very comfortable, sturdy chair

I’ve found the Softside Chair to be very comfortable and well-made. The chair provides a great balance of support and padding. I purchased the version with a high back and really like the extra support. Although this model does not have the amount of adjustability of some other office chairs, it has all the adjustability I need, and it’s substantially more enjoyable to use than other chairs I’ve had in the past. At this price point, this is a fantastic option.Assembly was straightforward, with clear instructions provided. At 5’11”, I find the piston just high enough to work at full extension, but I may consider getting the longer piston option to allow the chair’s vertical height to be increased a bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this chair. I primarily work from home and was beginning to develop back and shoulder pain. After alot of research, I settled on the Branch Softside chair with high back, and I love it. I didn't have to compromise comfort for style. The chair is so comfortable, well made, easy to assemble, and looks great in my office. It was certainly a well made investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well packed, easy to assemble, very comfortable and good looking. We ordered a single chair to test it out and followed with ordering 4 more for a media conference area. All comments have been positive by the users. Better meetings are the result.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love how cushy soft this chair is. Good back support. We wanted an armless chair and this one had optional arms. Very happy with this chair!

Soft but not ergonomic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The back is too upright and it requires a lot of force to recline. The chair also had a weird smell like old yogurt that never went away. I ended up having to send it back
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work a lot and I work out of my dining room/kitchen open space. This is the only chair that supports my lower back but also looks good enough that I don't have to roll it away when guests come over.
