Beautiful and comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Branch chair! I realized that my back ached while sitting in my old office chair for even a short while, so I decided to upgrade to something new. The Softside Chair is beautiful to look at and now that I have it, so comfortable. The ability to pay using my health savings account was an unexpected bonus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited and researched before buying a home office chair. This looks stylish and exceeds all expectations in comfort and quality. I couldn’t be happier. And so fairly priced for what you get.

What I was looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the Softside high back chair with the tall cylinder for my personal office. The fully extended cylinder is the perfect height for my long legs and good ergonomic position for the keyboard. The chair arms are just below the bottom edge of the desktop so I didn’t have to remove them to get close enough to work with good posture. The only issue is that the chair rebounds slightly when I get up so it can’t be pushed in under the desk without lowering it a little bit. The chair arrived sooner than the initial estimate, which was great. Seat cushion is firm but supportive. Time will tell how well it and the blue velvet material hold up. Overall happy with my purchase.

THE SOFTEST COMFIEST CHAIR!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this chair, it looks beautiful and it's so comfy. I love how you can adjust the back height. Some complaints, the chair could go a little higher, I ended up ordering the tall attachment separately, it's needed! And if you end up eating while sitting on this chair and crumbs fall.. they can be lost forever in the cushions. Just something to think about! It's not easy to get inbetween the cusions without taking apart the chair. Other than that, I love the chair! I would highly recommend along with the tall attachment!

Blush is supposed to be pink!

My Velvet Blush chair is best described as lavender or lilac in color. Blush is supposed to be pink! The website pictures make it look pink. It is purple. A nice purple, but don’t expect pink. The fabric feels great and the chair feels very sturdy and comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a very old woman, I thought it would be silly to replace my wobbly, ugly, uncomfortable chair, but oh my, am I so glad I did!

Nice but hard to assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair is nice and the leather is gorgeous. The seat is deeper than you might expect for a small chair. I am 5’2” and had to buy a strap-on lumbar pillow so that my back could rest against the chair while my feet were flat on the floor. That solution works well for me and now the chair is comfortable. The assembly was very difficult, even with 2 experienced people. The instructions were clearly written but required a lot of physical force to fit the pieces together. I have put together many pieces of furniture over the years and this was the first time I needed more strength just to, for example, snap in the wheels or line up the holes while inserting the screws to attach the arm to the back. Please consider a pre assembled option—I would gladly have paid extra if that option were available. It would be straightforward for the base and chair to be preassembled and shipped in 2 boxes so all the customer would need to do is to set the chair on the base.
