The pre-drilled holes misaligned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pre-drilled holes in the seat and the both arms are not aligned at all. We followed the instructions how to aligne and secure the screws but the holes are so misaligned, we had hard time having the screws catching and tighten. We kind of forced the screws to fit in the holes and tighten but they went in so crookedly, we hope they won't affect the overall stability of the product. They need to review the template or whatever they use to determine where the holes are drilled. Otherwise, overall quality of the product is fine. Nice vegan leather.

Nice but smaller than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chair is nice and works well. Would be nice if it had an extension for the height so I don’t have to sit so low.I’m not even that tall so this chair wouldn’t work at all for anyone 6 foot or taller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was tired of uncomfortable desk chairs, and saw your ad on TV, so I figured, what do I have to lose? I love your chair. Soft and comfortable just like a desk chair should be, if I am spending countless hours in it.

But all the great reviews are true- this is a well-made, comfortable desk chair. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of adjustability but it's a perfectly fine, handsome chair. I bought the yellow/mustard chair and the photos match real life

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, this chair ended up pretty disappointing. My husband bought a different model from Branch a few years ago, and we both love the one he picked out. So when it was my turn to get a new chair, I came straight to Branch. I picked this chair, as I loved the yellow color and the upholstery design, but I expected the same quality and comfort as my husband’s chair. It isn’t half as comfortable and it squeaks very loudly every time I move. So loud that it can be heard through my headphones on Teams meetings. It’s a running joke when I’m presenting during meetings now, which also isn’t ideal. I wish I would have returned it within the 30 days, but I thought that maybe it just needed a longer breaking-in period. So, now I’m stuck with a loud uncomfortable chair until I can justify spending more money on a new chair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
