Too short.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair is comfortable and I can sit in it for many hours in day. However, it's not tall enough. I'm only 6' tall, and I need about 2 more inches so that my arm could rest at a comfortable height. The chair assembly seems to go too deep into the wheel assembly saddle. May try to disassemble and add a spacer so the chair anchor doesn't sit so deep in the saddle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible back support

I decided on this chair based on the reviews, as I was moving into a primarily work from home job. After 2.5 years, I am done with this chair. Their is little to no lumbar support. As an average sized female ( 5'4 150lbs) I need an additional lumbar support pillow to ease the pain. I would not recommend this chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair was fairly easy to assemble with two people. Some difficulty making one of the adjustments work, but finally accomplished. But very pleased with the result. So much better than the chair my husband was using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought Branch's standing earlier. It was an absolute disaster due it's reduced width that is not suitable to keep computer monitor and work. I bought the chair fews weeks back with half-mind. But the chair is absolutely amazing 🙂
