Comfort and Quality Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair offers a surprisingly firm seat, which may appeal to some, but I found it less comfortable than expected. The cushion itself appears durable and should hold up well over time. However, quality concerns are evident: one armrest already has a hole, and the back fabric is showing signs of pilling. From an ergonomic standpoint, the lumbar support is underwhelming. I often feel like I need extra lumbar support for my back. The design could also benefit from more flexibility, such as foldable armrests for easier use in different setups.Overall, while the chair has some strengths in durability, the lack of comfort features and early wear issues make me question whether it's worth the high price tag.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the chair about a week. Easy to assemble. Chair seat, height, tilt , and arm rest up/down adjustments all very good. Seat is very comfortable. Lumbar support and headrest not so good, and the arm rest forward/backward slide is an engineering embarrassment unless I am missing something. More specifically, I am 6'2" and both the lumbar support and headrest are tapped out before my height. The issue with the arm rest slide is that it is too loose. Every time you sit in the chair, it slides out of position if you put any force on the armrest. If you want it in the full forward or back position, you can jam it with paper. If not, you will likely need to add your own mechanical stop. This really should be fixed, very surprised given the age of the design that it has not been corrected given the minor nature of the fix.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ergonomic chair is a pricey buy for me but so far I am very pleased with the purchase. I was generally having some lower back pain but since I have made this purchase my pain has significantly been reduce when using the chair. My only issue so far is that the handle/arm rest is quite firm and could be somewhat uncomfortable. However I would recommend this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my ergonomic chair for about 3 weeks. I scoured the web for months trying to find a chair that would be supportive for +8hr days, comfortable, and aesthetic. I looked up countless reviews and opinions on this chair. Reddit r/branch furniture and u/AustinBranch were of major help to me in this process! Let me tell you firsthand, it is worth the hype. It was quite easy to assemble and sturdy. I love how supportive it is - just enough structure and lumbar support without being uncomfortable. It is adjustable in several ways to best fit your body. This chair is specifically comfortable on my tailbone - a typical pressure point for me in other chairs. Lastly, it fits in with my space aesthetically, which is which is the icing on top. I’m very impressed so far.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I made this purchase. The chair is sturdy and comfortable. I sometimes sit for hours, barely moving but I comfortable the entire time. I am short so I also appreciate how low the chair can go.
