Nice ergonomic chair for the low price. However, I could feel the seat pan and had to put a pillow on the seat, which didn't help much. The headrest position lock is weak and would slide down when covered with a light Sherpa blanket. Unfortunately, the chair was returned due to those issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SLEEK, SUPER COMFY CHAIRS!

The quality, the color choices and the amount of adjustability, makes these chairs our first choice when we order any new office chair. We use the Daily Chairs and the Ergo chairs.

Was disappointed because of visible damage that someone tried to fix on the back of the chair. Pictures attached. Chair itself is pretty good, back support is good. The armrests adjustments are not great because they are either tight enough to keep the washers from rattling or loose enough to actually move them as designed with the locks. Seat pad is good, and base is good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
