Finally, a chair that fits

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sitting in uncomfortable office chairs for so long, I wasn't sure what to expect. This time, I did a lot of research from multiple sources to find a chair that was highly rated by actual users. Being shorter than the average person, I needed an adjustable chair to fit my height and keep me comfortable while working. I was able to easily follow the online assembly instructions and immediately start using my new Branch Ergonomic Chair. I love that the video shows how to assemble without a helper. If I can get all the pieces unpacked and put together to build this great chair in less than an hour, so can you, Thank you, Branch!

I really don't know why I still have this chair in my house. It's been hanging around for about 3 years. I remember when I bought it and put it together. It looked really nice. That all it had going for it. I often find myself fatigued and in pain, then I remember "oh yeah, I have been sitting is this piece of garbage chair for the last couple hours". I'm putting in the trash tomorrow. Not even going to try and give it away. I wouldn't want someone to experience this pain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There’s a saying a polish for things like this: “dupy nie urywa”.The back and lumbar support are fine, the assembly was less than 30 mins, the variety of tension settings are fine. Apropos - the weakest feature of this chair is its cushion. It’s a bit mediocre in terms of comfort and I’d recommend getting it in leather.

Feeling Supported, Literally!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been eyeing this chair for quite some time, and I was so excited to finally upgrade my WFH setup. I have prior existing chronic neck issues, and this chair perfectly supports my body so I’m not exasperating my discomfort. I find that I don’t shift my body nearly as much in this chair compared to my last, which has improved my concentration and leaves me less fatigued at the end of the day.
