[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it is taking time to adjust to sitting properly in an ergonomic chair, but the chair itself makes it as easy and comfortable as possible to do so. engage that core!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research and ended up choosing this chair. It is an OK chair, but the ergonomics do not work for my height as I am on the shorter side. This means the head rest, arm rests and even the angle of the chair do not work. For the cost, I wish it was a chair I could actually use. The arm rests do not extend back towards the seat, so my elbows have to lean forward, and the headrest pushes my head forward. The worst however is that the chair will not lock at a reasonable backwards lean; it only locks at a significant lean, with the upright position being very uncomfortable as well. This means I have to lean the chair back to the minimum it will (which is very far), and use a back cushion to fill the space. I wish I liked this chair better for how much time and money went into it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this chair for a couple weeks now and very pleased. Easy to tune in the right fit on the various adjustable parts, comfy seat, good back support. And I know it isn't the main event, but I am very happy with the color way (light blue/white).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] its a really comfortable chair overall but there 2-3 things that keep it from being perfect and i might just be being picky.1) the armrest wobble no matter how much you tighten them. this honestly isnt the end of the world, i dont use the arm rest often so i dont think its a big deal, but maybe a deal breaker for others? I do also think the armrest are kind of hard and aesthetically don't love that they are grey. Wish they had been white or beige to match the fabric.2) the backward tilt lock mechanism only locks fully upright or fully leaning back. no middle ground which would have been so helpful in getting comfortable!3) at 5'-5" I am almost too short for the chair and need a foot rest to sit comfortably.4) the wheels cant or dont be locked, so when i lean back sometimes the chair pushes out instead.Overall i think its pretty comfortable and decided to keep it because the seat cushion is really comfortable, the mesh is breathable, the adjustable lumbar support is also nice, i can move it up or down depending on how i am sitting. i like that the armrest can push out because it allows me to sit cross legged once in a while.the wheels are really smooth and its a great improvement from my previous chair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If i wasn't buying this with my stipend I would've returned this. Some part are nice like the base, the seat, and backrest but the arm rest are super flimsy and the different adjustment features are hard to use.

Exactly what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work from home, and I was using a small stool which caused some lower back pains. The ergonomic chair is absolutely amazing. Everything I needed and more. It was relatively easy to assemble, and seems quite sturdy. I recommend it to anyone in need of a desk chair.

Disappointed After Two and a Half Years

I really wanted to like this chair. I have a work-from-home desk job, so I spend most of my day in front of my computer. The lumbar support is painful. It has only vertical adjustment (no adjusting the tension) and the pad on the lumbar support is very hard. I have been ending every day with a sore lower back and I find myself contorting into odd positions to avoid putting any weight on the lumbar support. If it were not for the daily pain, I could recommend this chair. The materials are mostly good. The seat cushion is excellent, the seat back is good, the headrest is good, and the base feels very solid. All of the controls work well, though the lumbar vertical adjustment started to slip and it would constantly fall down after about six months. The armrests are hard and don't really lock into place, they shift every time I use them to push myself out of the chair. I got the chair in blue and it still looks very nice after 2+ years of daily use.I replaced this chair with a used Herman Miller and I wish I had gone with the Herman Miller in the first place. The lumbar adjustment is much better and not stiff and forceful like the Branch chair. For anyone spending more than 2 hours/day in the chair, I cannot recommend the Branch. If they added lumbar tension adjustment it would be an excellent chair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
