Great chair, too short

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The build quality and function of this chair was really great. As far as comfort is concerned, I also had no complaints. However, the maximum seat height is just too low. I had to get a taller chair. I am only 6'-1", but the maximum seat height is 2" lower than my previous chair and over 3" lower than my new chair.I really liked the chair but couldn't do the low height any longer

A preliminary report

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've at the chair for a few weeks. I was able to put it together myself by following the instructions, with one minor flaw I was able to remedy easily having to do with the washers to the bolt that fasten to arm rests to the chair. I forgot to put the waschers on. So I had to undo the bolts and add the washers. I call this a preliminary report because I haven't really tried on adjust the chair in all the ways it can be adjusted, and I do want to do that but haven't yet take the time to do it. So I really cannot report fullly. I do sit in my chair a lot, as an apiring writer so am interested in how long the cushion will stay firm and if it's possible to replace the cushion. We'll see in due course. I apologize for not giving as full of a review as you my like. But this is it so far.

Affordable ergonomic chair

We’ve owned three of these chairs over the years, and overall it’s a very solid ergonomic chair for the price. I’m 6’1” and it fits me fairly well, although I do wish the backrest was slightly taller.Before this, I briefly owned a Herman Miller Aeron, but ultimately found the seat pan too hard and shallow so I returned it. In comparison, the Branch Ergonomic Chair provides better support under my legs due to its adjustable seat depth.My biggest criticism is the armrests — they’re quite hard and can become uncomfortable over longer work sessions. Another downside is that the fabric tends to pill noticeably after a year or two of regular use (especially on the light blue color -- less noticeable in all black). Aesthetically, the chair looks sleek in a home office without feeling overly corporate or bulky.I'd be interested in exploring other chair options from Branch down the road.

Good office chair

I assembled the chair, and the first thing I noticed is that the armrests seemed to have a bit if play. This arose because they are held in place by one bolt each. However, the chair is comfortable and suited for an office environment. The slight play in the armrests did not detract from the functionality of the chair and are not noticeable while doing work. Persons shorter than say 5'5" may have a bit of difficulty planting their feet flat on the floor. All in all, a good chair.

We decided on this one and absolutely loved it. Now that we're moving into a new house and have the space for two offices, we're now buying a second. Highly recommend!
