Big improvement over my last chair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who doesn't spend too much time at my desk, I hadn't bothered to make much of an investment in my chair. But even with an hour here, two hours there, my body was paying the price. I took the leap and made the upgrade and I love my soft side chair. Now I don't dread my Zoom meetings.

Attractive, comfortable and matches the aesthetic of our office

The soft side chair is both attractive and fits the style of our office and it has a seat cushion that is both comfortable and supportive, so I don’t have back pain.

Hard to Please but Mostly So!

I have spent years (and lots of money!) seeking out the perfect aesthetic while still being ultra comfortable. The Softside Chair is the best and closest to perfect I've found so far! A real compliment. The branch softside chair is more supportive and attractive than what you're going to find in most budget ergonomic chairs. I personally chose it for the aesthetics since my home office is in my living room. As a plus-sized woman with both fibromyalgia and EDS, I found the arms too restrictive to be comfortable. I still really love the chair without the arms though! It does make up for this, however, by being the ONLY chair that has gone low enough for me to put my feet on the ground, too. I wish it was slightly more plush in the seat given the name, but I also recognize that I would prefer a 4 inch memory foam cushion.... which I've added. I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair isn’t quite as comfortable as I’d hoped. It’s not as wide as I’d like and was a bit ore difficult to put together than described. The color is much darker than in photos

pretty + comfy chair!

I didn't want a clunky black office chair in my room to dampen my mood when I use my desk, so I opted for the blue softside chair. It's comfy when I sit down + I also cross my legs when I sit and I'm able to do that. the chair doesn't go up super high, so I would recommend this for those on the shorter side.

Function + Style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to say goodbye to our beloved Pollock office chair and loved the look and reviews of this Softside chair. We appreciated it had more functionality than our prior chair, including height adjustment and wheels, all while having excellent back support. The icing on the cake is that it’s a reasonable price for an ergonomic chair, and it’s pretty! I was so happy with my first purchase with Branch that I also bought a laptop stand (which is also great).

Wish I’d bought it sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my heart set on the chair for a full year before I finally got it, and boy, was that a mistake! The back pain I could have saved myself from if only I had gotten it sooner! Not to mention, it is not an eyesore like a typical desk chair which is a huge plus, as I am in a studio apartment and work remotely. So yes, basically it has become not just my desk chair, but an everything chair!
