Extremely difficult to put together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair is comfortable, attractive, and reasonably priced. However it took me a very long time to put together. It would have been infinitely better had the base come as one piece with only the wheels to snap in. I don’t recommend this product unless you are very handy or willing to pay someone to do it for you. I ultimately hired someone and it took him a long time to finish.

Don't purchase chairs without first requesting color swatches. They use AI generated images on their site and the color depictions are wildly incorrect. The taupe for example is a deep chocolate brown.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything is comfortable but the arms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to purchase this chair as a more stylish option for my home office. Assembly was straightforward and easy. The seat and back are very comfortable and could work well for all-day use if you do not plan to rely on the armrests.Unfortunately, the armrests ultimately did not work for me and were the deciding factor in returning the chair. I am 5'7", and the arms are too low to comfortably rest my elbows while typing at my desk. While I could rest my elbows on them when using a mouse, the armrests are quite narrow and pointed, which became uncomfortable within a day. After two days of working in this chair, the lack of adequate arm support was very noticeable and not something I wanted to continue with.The chair fit under my desk well, but overall it felt slightly too low. I would have liked the ability to raise the seat a few inches higher.I have decided to switch back to a more traditional office chair, though I am disappointed that this more stylish option did not work out for my needs.
