Nice but hard to assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair is nice and the leather is gorgeous. The seat is deeper than you might expect for a small chair. I am 5’2” and had to buy a strap-on lumbar pillow so that my back could rest against the chair while my feet were flat on the floor. That solution works well for me and now the chair is comfortable. The assembly was very difficult, even with 2 experienced people. The instructions were clearly written but required a lot of physical force to fit the pieces together. I have put together many pieces of furniture over the years and this was the first time I needed more strength just to, for example, snap in the wheels or line up the holes while inserting the screws to attach the arm to the back. Please consider a pre assembled option—I would gladly have paid extra if that option were available. It would be straightforward for the base and chair to be preassembled and shipped in 2 boxes so all the customer would need to do is to set the chair on the base.

Very comfortable home office chair

It was easy enough to assemble (hubby handled that part) and looks just as it's pictured on the website. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this chair in vegan leather, taller back, and longer tube. Assembly went fine until I got to the step of adding the arms. The recommended method was to lay the seat on top of the box to make it easier to attach the arms. I didn’t have a helper, and I discovered that the box is not sturdy enough for the task. After a time , I tried laying the cushion on top of my dining room table near the edge, and positioned the arms over the edge while attaching. Worked very well. The chair looks nice. It works very well for my 5 ft. tall wife. I am 6 ft., and I fit in it but there is not enough support for my frame but I can make do.

Excellent office chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my home office occasionally. I wanted a stylish furniture-like chair with ergonomic support. This chair checks all the boxes. Yellow harmonizes with the room decor and was the tipping point to go with this chair. I highly recommend it!
