Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, this chair ended up pretty disappointing. My husband bought a different model from Branch a few years ago, and we both love the one he picked out. So when it was my turn to get a new chair, I came straight to Branch. I picked this chair, as I loved the yellow color and the upholstery design, but I expected the same quality and comfort as my husband’s chair. It isn’t half as comfortable and it squeaks very loudly every time I move. So loud that it can be heard through my headphones on Teams meetings. It’s a running joke when I’m presenting during meetings now, which also isn’t ideal. I wish I would have returned it within the 30 days, but I thought that maybe it just needed a longer breaking-in period. So, now I’m stuck with a loud uncomfortable chair until I can justify spending more money on a new chair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great chair

So far this chair is a great replacement for my old WFH chair. Installation was fairly simple other than the arm rests. I saw other reviews mention the difficulty and I spent more than half the total installation time on that. Other than that, chair is great and comfortable. Velvet is soft, not scratchy, or too thick.

Seat Depth unusable for taller people

I spent a lot of money to get a nice chair, after reading reviews I was excited about this one. Unfortunately, I am only 5'8" which is way under what this chair is usable for. My knees hang way off, it cuts off my circulation on my thighs. Very odd this isn't called out in other reviews, I would only get if you're a shorter or short leg person. I wanted to love this and love the fabric and vibe, but instead I put it together only to be sad and too lazy to disassemble to return. It's a lot of work and money to be unsatisfied, and i couldn't easily find seat depth in the metrics provided on the site. Disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Indigo Softside Chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my chair! So easy to put together. So comfortable! It looks beautiful in my home office. I need the arm rests so I can sit cross-legged. The indigo color is rich and elegant and the velvet is incredibly soft. I have a dog and I was worried about pet hair attracting to the velvet, but it’s no problem at all.

Love my new chair!

I work from home so I spend a considerable amount of time in the chair and it is comfortable. I was able to assemble the chair myself without a problem. I like that there are color choices so that my office chair can be comfortable and stylish.

Love it ... but ....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair is great. Pretty. Comfortable. The arms are so difficult to put on - I eventually gave up. They are in the closet until i can get help or decide to go without them. Other than that - relatively easy to put together. But I really wanted the arms! It’s why I selected this chair. It comes in a big box - maybe Company could consider affixing the arms to the base before shipping.
