Bad features. NO LID

I’m not sure who decided to steal all the kids, but I think JBL makes enough to replace them. I’m not sure why I didn’t notice the lack of the lid, but I’m never buying JBL again after this (first and last time buyer) back to Sony!

Not satisfied with the second pair.

Okay, the first pair I brought I liked them.I just lost one of them. Put the second pair I have now the one i'm rating, I do not like not much.They fall out of my ear.The left one doesn't charge up well and I don't want to send them back cause I don't want to wait a few weeks to get another pair.So I'll just keep em, but no, i'm not really satisfied with them and they don't stay charged up like my first pair
If it was possible to send him back and get my first pair.I have I would love it

Good sound needs a better fit

After four weeks of using the earbuds they are good. I just wish they fit in my ear a little better, even with the smallest tips the ear buds do not fully and securely fit into my ear.

We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Vibe Buds. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, please try other eartip sizes then angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Agreguen una luz led cuando conectes el auricular a la caja pero que quede permanente.
Si pudieran difuminar esa luz led en dos mitad y mitad para cada auricular.
Eso serviría en primer lugar para saber cual de las dos baterías está más descargada y si solo se conecta un auricular que la luz led sea general de todo el led porque en teoría solo hay un auricular.
Me fascinó la opción de poderlos personalizar con foto y texto y diseño sobre expuesto. Se amplían esas opciones en la barra de edición, sería brutal.
En Audio no estoy tan desconforme, suenan a lo que pagaste.
Pero si dieran más opciones de tamaño para oídos más reducidos, se me salen cada cierto tiempo. 🫠 Pero en ese aspecto la verdad es que me gusta un montón, la opción de modificar el sonido, dentro de la aplicación.
Pero como lo anterior, si lo pueden poner a más profesional técnico, sería muchísimo mejor.

When inserting the earbuds, use a slight downward angle and a gentle twisting motion to help them conform to the shape of your ear canal.
