Pac-Man suddenly stops mid game ends game on its own

Occasionally Pac-Man just gets interrupted and game ends on its own. Also can not control the credits each time you start a new game it gives you additional credits

This thing is so awesome. I grew up with a pocket full of quarters as an 80s kid. This cabinet delivers. Artwork is awesome. Assembly was a little cumbersome solo. Took about 3 hrs to slap together with me being cautious not to miss anything or scratch anything up. My grandkids are going to lose their minds when they see it.
